What changes MOQ and timing
- Logo only on an existing model is the fastest route.
- New colours need fabric and rubber colour matching, which adds sampling time.
- A new outsole needs a new mould — the biggest cost and time item. Ask us before you design one.
- Custom packaging (printed boxes, hang tags, barcodes) should be confirmed together with the sample.
Plan around the season
Water shoes sell in summer. For the northern hemisphere, place bulk orders between January and April; for the southern hemisphere, between July and October. Add shipping time to your market.
