Questions buyers ask
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Custom orders with your logo, colours or packaging start from 300 pairs per model. Mixed sizes within the model are fine. Ask us about smaller trial orders on specific models.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples take about 15 days once details are confirmed. Bulk production takes about 35 days after sample approval.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
Both. We produce in our own facility in Jinjiang, Fujian and work with vetted partner factories for some constructions. We tell you on the quotation where your order is made.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, T/T and L/C. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice for each order.
Can you put my logo on the shoes?
Yes — on the upper, heel, insole or outsole, by heat transfer, silicone drip, rubber patch or printing, depending on the model and material.
How large is your factory?
Our own factory in Jinjiang runs one dedicated production line with about 70 workers and produces about 60,000 pairs a month. Larger or specialised orders are shared with partner factories under the same quality checks.
What sizes do you make?
Adult models run from EU 34/35/36 up to EU 46–49 depending on the model. Kids models run from EU 24 to EU 36/37.
Do you work with Amazon and Mercado Libre sellers?
Yes. Many of our customers sell online. We can add your logo, packaging and barcodes so your listing looks like your own brand.
What is the FOB price shown on the website?
It is a reference FOB price per pair for the standard version. Your final price depends on quantity, materials, logo method and packaging — we confirm it on the quotation.
